One man was uninjured after his car slid off Interstate-75 in Tampa, Florida, on September 28, and was submerged into a roadside retention pond, according to local media.

The driver, identified as Nicholas Fry, was able to climb onto the roof of his vehicle, where rescue crews had extended a ladder. He then climbed back onto dry land.
