The Bureau of Meteorology issued severe thunderstorm warnings for a number of regions in New South Wales including Lismore, Tenterfield, Gunnedah, Narrabri, Casino and Kyogle. They said these storms were likely to produce damaging winds, large hailstones and heavy rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.
