At least two children were killed and six people were injured when more than 20 explosive barrels were dropped in the town of Hobait, Syria, on Sunday, September 9, reported the Syrian Civil Defense.
Footage shows the Syrian Civil Defense, also known as the White Helmets, assisting the wounded.
The UK based Syrian Observatory of Human Rights and Gulf News reported that Russian and Syrian warplanes carried out the strikes, dropping barrel bombs in the areas of Hobait and Abdeen in the southern countryside of Idlib.
A baby girl, Omayah Alriz, was among those killed on Sunday.
