Airstrikes damaged a hospital and forced its closure in Kafr Zita, Hama province, on May 2, according to local activists and an opposition-run health authority.

The Hama Health Directorate issued a statement saying four strikes hit a Kafr Zita specialty hospital and forced it to shut down. One medic was killed and several were injured, the directorate said.
