BREAKING: DEATH EXAMINER SUSPECTS FOUL PLAY, VICTIM'S FEET BOUND

Guam - Chief medical examiner Aurelio Espinola has disclosed to PNC that the female victim whose body was discovered this morning in Dededo had her feet bound with tape, and that he estimates her body expired two weeks ago. Espionala said her facial bones were already showing through the skin.

Police say the female body was discovered at a home located at 358 Macheche Road.

Detectives were on the scene this morning and at least one officer was wearing a hazardous materials suit.

“Well, in the experience of any crime scene and everything, we take it as an investigation purposes, and that’s why you saw investigators in hazmat suits and everything, to preserve the evidence at this case," said Police spokesman Sgt. Paul Tapao said. "And with this investigation, any evidence or trace evidence that may be found, that’s why we don the hazmat suits, so the purpose of the hazmat suits is specifically for the officers.”
