AUTHORITIES SUSPECT FOUL PLAY IN DEATH INVESTIGATION: Dr. Aurelio Espinola tells PNC that he suspects foul play as the victim's ankles were bound by tape. He also believes she's been deceased for at least two weeks as her body was so badly decomposed that her bones could be seen.

The woman was wearing shorts and a t-shirt but he could not identify her race or ethnicity as her face was unrecognizable. He will be performing an autopsy on Tuesday to determine official cause and manner of death. PNC's Janela Carrera has more details.
