Congress President Rahul Gandhi tour to Osmania University is now creating tensions as the students there have formed into two groups. One group of students met Home minister Mr.Naini Narsimha Reddy and submitted a memorandum asking to stop the entry of Rahul to the university. On the other hand congress is making all the arrangements to make thier leaders tour a grand success.
