날씨: 전국에 찜통더위 계속 이어져

Hello I'm Michelle Park here with the latest weather update. Almost the entire country is currently under a heat wave warning. Seoul reached up to 38 degrees Celsius again today. With this near 40 degree daytime high continuing for the time being, make sure to stay cool and hydrated at all times.

Tomorrow will see similar conditions as of today. But Pyongyang, Tokyo and Jeju Island will be lower in temperatures.

Seoul experienced two super tropical nights back to back. This is when the mercury remains above 30 degrees until the morning while tropical night is when the temperature doesn't fall below 25. Tonight, you can expect a tropical night as Seoul begins the morning at 28 degrees Celsius while Gyeongju is a few notches lower at 25.

Saturday afternoon in Seoul will heat up to 37 degrees while Daegu hits 39. And the nation will be under another partially sunny skies.

Next week, it's officially the beginning of the autumn season, but we'll continue to have more scorching weather and tropical nights
