Another case of continued medical apathy has surfaced in Karnataka where a patient was denied wheel chair for not paying bribe. A patient in Karnataka’s Chickmaglur was shifted in bare hands by their family members as the family members didn't had money to bribe the hospital staff, they didn't provide either a wheel chair or a stretcher to the patients in a government hospital in the district.
