Yet another incident of medical apathy has come to light, this time in a government hospital in Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh. A patient with a bullet injury was not admitted by the hospital authorities. The authorities cited lack of relevant documents for not admitting the wounded. The man stayed outside the hospital gate throughout the night.
