The South Korean government is investigating a Togo-flagged ship involved in transporting North Korean coal,... an activity that's banned under a UN sanctions resolution.
Seoul's Foreign Ministry said Wednesday that it revealed its maritime interdiction in January of the Talent Ace, formerly called the Xin Sheng Hai.
This is according to a sanctions implementation report the ministry submitted to the UN Security Council sanctions committee in March.
