Footage released by Thai police on July 8 shows one of the boys rescued from Tham Luang cave being transported to a local hospital via helicopter.

Four boys were successfully rescued from the cave on Sunday evening, while the remaining eight boys and their coach spent another night in the cave awaiting their turn to exit. Rescuers must refill depleted oxygen tanks, placed strategically throughout the cave, before the next round of evacuations can begin.

The boys were transported to Chiangrai Prachanukroh Hospital in the city center, 37 miles from the cave complex, where they will spend 1-2 days in a sterilized isolation unit, reported CNN citing Thai health officials. Credit: Chiang Rai Tourist Police via Storyful
