Three homes were destroyed overnight and more than 500 homes were evacuated due to Colorado’s growing Lake Christine Fire by July 5, according to KKTV 11 News.
The Lake Christine Fire stood at nearly 2,700-acres and was zero-percent contained on July 5.

The Eagle County Sheriff’s office said that “erratic outflow winds, extremely dry fuels, and single digit relative humidity” are posing challenges for firefighters.
