Karnataka full fledged budget for the year 2018-19, cold war between Siddaramaiah and Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy. Siddaramaiah says, he has already presented the budget and taken approval from assembly and need not to present the new budget, but HDK says, presenting new budget is his rights.

ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ - ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರಕಾರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ಹೆಚ್ಚುಕಮ್ಮಿ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳಾಯಿತು. ಹಾಗೂ.. ಹೀಗೂ.. ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆಯಾದರೂ, ಆಡಳಿತ ಯಂತ್ರ ಇನ್ನೂ ಚುರುಕುಗೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಮೊದಲ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸಭೆಯೂ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಇದೀಗ, ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಮಂಡಿಸುವ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಯಿಲ್ಲ, ಪೂರಕ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರೆ ಸಾಕು ಎಂದು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಹೇಳಿರುವುದು, ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಶೀತಲ ಸಮರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ.
