Syrian regime forces and their allies carried out more than 50 strikes on south Damascus neighborhoods on April 25, according to local activists in the area. The same sources reported strikes the previous day, and into that night.
SANA, the state-run news agency, said the strikes were targeted at Islamic State positions and supply lines around the Yarmouk Camp and al-Hajar al-Aswad neighborhoods. SANA also cited a military official who said the strikes were increasing in frequency.
