North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has reportedly visited the Chinese embassy in Pyongyang... after a deadly bus crash that killed 32 Chinese tourists and critically injured two.
North Korea's state media reported Tuesday that Kim personally visited the embassy to express his "deep sympathy" over the accident that happened in Hwanghaebuk-do Province on Sunday night.
The agency said (quote) "the unexpected accident brought bitter sorrow to his heart and that he couldn't control his grief at the thought of the bereaved families who lost their blood relatives."
Kim also visited the hospital where the injured are being treated.
Chinese President Xi Jinping has requested the Chinese Foreign Ministry and the embassy in North Korea to use "all necessary means" to care for the injured.
Four North Koreans also died in the crash.
