Everyone is concerned with the rising pollution in Delhi. The biggest reason for rising air pollution in Delhi is Punjab, which is only burnt in Haryana. Harvard University, in a study using NASA's satellite data, concluded that the parliaments which are litigated in Delhi for October and November spreading pollution are twice as responsible for pollution.
