Rohingya refugees case: SC asks Union of India and 3 other states to file comprehensive report

The Supreme Court (SC) to continue hearing in the Rohingya Muslim Refugees Case. On Friday, the Centre had filed a fresh affidavit saying that the SC can't direct government to let Rohingya refugees enter India without valid travel papers. SC has sought a status report on the plight of Rohingyas Camp in Haryana. SC directs central and Haryana government to file a report based on the facilities and condition in the camp in Haryana. In PIL concerning the condition of Rohingya Refugees in India, petitioner submits that the conditions in the camps are horrible. Children have died, no toilets are in existence, etc. Matter be listed after 2 weeks after the union of India to file a comprehensive status report.
