Ingredients:-
For the batter:-
1 cup Refined flour (Maida)
1 tsp. Fennel Seeds
⅓ tsp. Cardamom Powder
3 tbsp. Khoya
3 tbsp. Curd

⅛ tsp. Baking Soda

Ghee

For sugar syrup:-
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Water


Method:-
1. In a bowl mix the batter ingredients and form a batter.
2. Keep aside and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. Add baking soda to the batter.
4. In a saucepan add water and sugar and make sugar syrup.
5. In a pan heat ghee and roast malpuas as shown in the video.
6. Once the malpua is golden brown in colour soak it in the sugar syrup and serve.
7. Malpua tastes best when served with Rabdi.
