Suji Toast is an interesting and easy recipe made with few ingredients like bread slices, veggies, and semolina. This is an ideal quick snack recipe for your breakfast, evening tea or kids tiffin. Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.
Ingredients:
1 cup Semolina
6 tbsp Curd
Bread slices
1 small cup Green Capsicum, chopped
2 tbsp Onions, chopped
2 tbsp Tomatoes, chopped
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Dry Coriander seed powder
Garam Masala
Green Chillies, chopped
Method of preparation:
In a bowl add semolina, curd, mix well and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
Take a bread slice cut a circular piece with a help of a cookie cutter or glass.
Add veggies, salt, chaat masala, coriander seed powder, garam masala, green chillies into the semolina mixture and mix well.
Apply the semolina mixture on the bread slices.
Heat oil in a pan, place the bread slice on the pan, brush some oil on the bread slices and let it fry.
Our Sooji Toast is ready to serve.
