मंगलवार की सुबह। घना कोहरा, ठंड बढ़ी हुई। लेकिन पटना के गांधी मैदान में लोगों का उत्साह देखते बन रहा है। उत्साह है प्रकाशोत्सव का। पंजाब के मोगा से 14 लोगों का परिवार पटना पहुंचा है। यहां गांधी मैदान में बनायी गयी टेंट सिटी में वे ठहरे हैं।
