In protest of movie Padmavat, an unidentified youth climbed a 350 feet tall mobile tower with a bottle of petrol in Rajasthan's Bhilwara. Karni Sena's protest against the release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's movie 'Padmaavat' ha staken ugly turn on Monday. Incidents of vandalism and threats against the relase of the movie has been reported from Haryana and Rajasthan. Meanwhile, Rajput Karni Sena staged protest in Jaipur against screening of 'Padmaavat'. Owing to historical "inaccuracies" in "Padmaavat" starring Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh - states like Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Haryana had initially called for a ban on the film.
