Chris Soules might want to start preparing for his day in court, because a judge refuses to dismiss the case against him.

The Iowa farmed turned reality star is still facing felony charges after his fatal road accident last year, and it sounds like he could be staring at five years in jail.

A judge dismissed his constitutional challenge to an Iowa law requiring the surviving driver of an accident to remain at the scene until police arrive.

And as you probably already know, Chris left the scene before any came on scene.

Soules’ attorneys say they disagree with the judge and will ask the Iowa Supreme Court to review it.

Chris rear ended a farm tractor driven by Kenneth Mosher on April 24th, and Kenneth died from the injuries while receiving treatment in the hospital.
