Hey guys!This is a good substitute for other regular swallow for those trying to eat healthy and cut out carbs.\r
Cabbage swallow made with boiled blended cabbage and half teaspoon of psyllium husk. \r
Method\r
* Cut your cabbage and wash in salt water to reduce the smell \r
* Blend with little water\r
* Drain out the excess water using sieve or a cheese cloth\r
* Put on your stove and cook the blended cabbage into a pot and stir with a wooden spoon just the way you make semo or amala. \r
* Add 1/2 teaspoon full of psyllium husk powder. Mix for about 2 minutes until you notice the consistency of the cabbage has turn more like eba or has that elasticity.\r
* Allow to cool and enjoy with your soup.\r
