*RECIPE BELOW* http://bit.ly/FoodPornSubscribe July 7th is National Macaroni Day! And what better way to celebrate than with some rad mac and cheese? Anyone can make and chow down on boxed macaroni and cheese, but why not make it even more awesome by putting the gold inside an egg roll?!

Did I mention this easy recipe has bacon in it?! Add as much bacon as you'd like. Heck, do a one to one ratio with the mac & cheese! Close it up in a wonton wrapper, deep fry that noise and enjoy your crispy, bacony, cheesy hot pocket of goodness.

Ingredients:

1 package macaroni and cheese

4 slices of bacon

Egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying

Barbecue sauce (optional)

Directions:

-Make box of mac n cheese and cook bacon in frying pan. Mix them together.

-Spoon ¼ of a cup onto an egg roll wrapper. Wet edges of wrapper with water, fold around mac n cheese mixture.

-Fry egg rolls in deep fryer or pot at 350 degrees F.

-Dip in barbecue sauce and enjoy!
