Crowds gathered outside Zimbabwe’s Parliament on November 21 as lawmakers opened a session to begin the process of impeaching President Robert Mugabe following a military takeover.
Parliament speaker Jacob Mubenda said the parliament received a motion to impeach Mugabe and would adjourn to a hotel to start the impeachment proceedings, Reuters reported.
