A food cart exploded and caught fire, destroying two food carts and 10 cars in downtown Portland, Oregon, on October 18, according to reports.
The fire that caused the explosion sparked because food-cart operators were fueling a generator with gasoline, reports said, and the vapor ignited, causing two propane canisters to explode.
