Ice Storm Causes Huge Damage in Ontario

The city of Toronto and surrounding areas were hit by an ice storm on December 22, disrupting transportation and causing damage. According to the Toronto Star, at least 250,000 people were left without power across the the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
