President Trump on Monday said he believes Cuba is "responsible" for the attacks on U.S. diplomats.

President Trump has indicated that he believes Cuba is behind the recent attacks against U.S. diplomats.
During a press conference on Monday, a reporter asked Trump about the issue.
“I do believe Cuba is responsible," the president noted. "I do believe that, and it’s a very unusual attack, as you know, but I do believe Cuba is responsible."
His response follows that of White House chief of staff John Kelly who had said days earlier about Cuba, “We believe the government could stop the attacks on our diplomats.”
According to CNN, starting in late 2016, U.S. staff and family members stationed in Havana, Cuba's capital, began complaining of feeling sick or dizzy, typically while hearing sharp, high-pitched sounds.
An investigation is reportedly underway, and though the U.S. embassy in Cuba has remained open thus far, non-essential staff members have been transferred out.
