Americans are being warned not to visit Cuba after the U.S. government determined that there were "specific attacks" on American diplomats. Most of the U.S. personnel on the island has been ordered to leave with the American embassy in Cuba losing up to 60 percent of its employees. At least 21 diplomats have been harmed by the attacks with some suffering serious permanent injuries.
