Pandan Chiffon Cake

Ingredients:\r
6 egg yolks\r
100 g granulated sugar\r
150 ml vegetable oil \r
140 ml coconut cream\r
200 g cake flour\r
1 1/2 tsp of pandan paste \r
1 tsp of vanilla essence\r
2 tsp baking powder\r

For the meringue\r
9 egg whites\r
100 g granulated sugar\r
1 tsp of cream of tartar\r

If you cant find pandan paste go the traditional way\r
about 12 pcs young, light green pandan leaves\r
rinse thoroughly and drain; chop roughly then get about 5 tbs of water. Using a blender just blend the pandan and water . then strain it with a sieve and then squeeze the pandan juice use about 2 1/2 table spoon of pandan extr, if you want your pandan to be more vibrant green add a little bit of food coloring.
