With 3,000 professional and amateur boxers filling Moscow’s Red Square, Russia just set a new world record.

Last month’s massive boxing exercise drills were led by Russian world boxing champions Nikolai Valuev and Natalia Rogozina. President Vladimir Putin even made an appearance to congratulate participants and highlight the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle.

The record was broken on Russian Boxing Day, one of the most important sporting holidays in the country.
