Two car bombs rocked the Iraq's capital of Baghdad, killing at least 20 people and leaving 80 more injured Tuesday. ISIS took responsibility for the first blast, which killed at least 13, on Monday just after midnight. Only hours later, a second bomb went off near a government office. The terror group hit the city during the Muslim holy of month Ramadan, when people stay out in the evening to prepare for the fast during the day.
