A funnel cloud descended on the neighborhood of Galaxia in northern Toluca, Mexico, on May 17, eventually picking up dirt and debris and turning into a tornado.
In the first video, the tornado causes a transformer to blow and send sparks. The funnel destroyed several homes in the area, according to the president of Toluca.
