The Supreme Court on Friday asked advocate M L Sharma, who is facing court proceedings for anti-woman comments in Nirbhaya gang rape case, why should he not be debarred from filing PILs. Advocate ML Sharma had during NJAC arguments alleged that politicians as well as judges are corrupt.
