In a shocking video that is doing round on social media, a Congress MLA from Dalhousie Asha Kumari got into an altercation with a female police constable. The Congress MLA who was denied entry to Congress President Rahul Gandhi's review meeting slapped the on duty police constable and in a swift action the cop slapped the MLA back stunning everyone. The place was heavily crowded and the people held both of them back from getting the situation uglier. Kumari is a five-time MLA from Dalhousie. Watch video here.
