The most commonly used training target in TKD is the "pork chop". Unless you are a young child that is a beginner you should be progressing to more useful and more practical training tools. In this video I show you alternatives to the pork chop and explain why you should get rid of it. In future videos I will show you how to use these other tools to help take your TKD to a higher level.
