The mission of the Freestyle Tae Kwon Do Federation is to return Tae Kwon Do back to a practical and effective martial art, just like how traditional TKD used to be. The FTF strives to standardize a safe way how we teach, train, and compete in the martial art of Tae Kwon Do that allows TKD to not only maintain the identity and history of TKD but also to allow TKD to evolve and grow to become a highly effective martial art.
