Airstrikes hit a medical facility near Maarzita town in southern Idlib province on April 27, killing and injuring several people and leaving the facility out of service.
According to the local Syrian Civil Defense, some of its volunteers were responding to the scene after a strike when another one hit the location. A large fire broke out at the scene, which was described as resulting from a fuel tanker having been hit.
Earlier on the same day, a number of airstrikes hit a hospital in the same region, killing at least three people and leaving the hospital out of service.
