Severe storms rolled through Lubbock, Texas, on Tuesday, March 28, bringing hail and flooding to the area. Marissa Benavides took this video from near her home on County Road 5400, showing a “river of hail” flooding the road.

The National Weather Service in Lubbock had forecast hail nearing the size of ping pong balls, adding that a storm of this size was likely to produce a tornado. Four cities to the east of Lubbock were under a tornado watch.
