A pair of dogs made the most of wet weather that drenched Florida on June 21, as a tropical storm warning was issued up to the Alabama-Florida border.

Tropical Storm Cindy was forecast to drop 6 to 12 inches of rain across western portions of the Florida Panhandle through Thursday.
