Hi ladies & gentlemen! Boxing sparring for begiinerFocus mitts are a great workout! It's really good for losing weight and losing body fat fast! Boxing and self defense type workouts are also good for developing a tone & strong body as well as self confidence; physically and mentally! They require complete mental focus when trying to throw your punches the correct way. You have to have the right stance ie balance to generate punching power with both hands. This will allow you to throw punches in bunches; or in other words....punching combinations. This also involves your abs and core, your legs and glutes, arms, back shoulders. Basically boxing workouts will give you the ability to burn body fat and be just all around healthier and stronger!
