AFAIK, the TIE Cyclone is a fanfic ship. It is essentially (but not exactly) a TIE Defender with the wings inverted, and it handles nearly exactly like a Defender. Despite it's large hitbox and profile, it's pretty easy to fly in third-person mode.

I'm starting to get to a lot of ships in the skirmish mode list that were added with the X-Wing Alliance Upgrade/Darksaber's Craft Pack, but I can't always remember for sure (other than the standard fighters) which ships were in the vanilla game.
