Speaking to The Washington Post on Tuesday, Department of Homeland Security Sec. Jeh Johnson cautioned against building more walls to improve border security. “If you talk to border security experts they will tell you, more surveillance, more technology, more equipment, more aerial surveillance, more aerostats (are needed) so that we can monitor migration patterns as they shift.”
