Generally this exercise is taught after the basic climb and the Russian climb with fabrics together.

Arms strength 0:23: this exercises are focused on strengthen the muscles involved in the pulling actions of the arms (latissimus dorsi 0:27, musculus deltoideus 0:32, musculus bíceps brachii 0:37) and also the muscles that flex the hand and the fingers (musculus flexor digitorum profundus 0:42, musculus flexor digitorum superficialis 0:46, musculus flexor carpi radialis 0:50), all the exercises should be performed with separated fabrics.
