Learn how to make Keema Paratha with Chef Seema only on Swaad Anusaar
Keema paratha is an authentic Indian bread stuffed with minced meat. The original recipe has undergone many changes with time yet the flavor of this royal recipe remains as splendid as ever.
Ingredients
Oil
1 ½ tsp Chopped Ginger
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Green Chillies
2 Chopped Onions
Salt
200 gms Keema
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Garam Masala
Half Lemon
Wheat Flour & Water (For Dough)
Ghee
Method
- In a pan, heat oil and add ginger, garlic, green chillies, onions and salt.
- Allow it to cook and later add keema. Mix everything well.
- Add red chilli powder, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, and give it a mix. Later add mint leaves and coriander leaves. Mix them well.
- Add garam masala and squeeze half lemon juice.
- The stuff for the paratha is ready.
- Make dough with wheat flour and water.
- Roll it in to a round shape and apply ghee. Stuff the paratha with the keema mixture and roll again.
- Cook it nice and brown on both side by applying ghee, butter or oil.
- Delicious Keema Paratha is ready to be served.
