Method
- Heat oil in a cooker, add Fenugreek seeds, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, Green Chilli, Gram Flour and mix well.
- Add tomato puree in to the mixture.
- Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, soaked chowli along with all the vegetables.
- Add required water and allow it to cook for one whistle.
- Once cooked, add coriander powder, sugar, cumin seed powder and coriander leaves.
- Authentic Sindhi Tomato Kadhi is ready to be served!
