Naya Raipur, Aug 16 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Tuesday inaugurated the third Hologrphic Film Festival in Naya Raipur. Singh said the new technique would help his government spread the message of development across 20, 000 villages. Singh said it was just a beginning and more new schemes would be added to it, including the messages of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
