Bhilai (Chhattisgarh), Aug 07 (ANI): Chief Minister Raman Singh on Sunday inaugurated Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) at Bhilai. He told children of the state that Chhattisgarh was the safest state in the entire India. Singh said parents are worried of Naxal activities in Chhattisgarh, but are not aware that except one or two places in the outer state, the entire state is free of such activities. Addressing a gathering, Singh thanked Union HRD minister Prakash Javadekar for his help to the state in development.
