Ingredients:
For Manchurian Balls
4 Spring Onions, chopped
1 Carrot, chopped
1 Capsicum, chopped
1 Cup Cabbage, chopped
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 Green Chillies, chopped
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
4 tbsp All Purpose Flour
4 tbsp Corn Flour
Oil for frying
For Manchurian Gravy
2 Cups Water
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
2 tbsp Corn Flour
Salt to taste
1 tsp Oil
1/2 inch Ginger, chopped
2 Green chillies, chopped
Method:
To Make Manchurian Balls:
- In a large bowl add chopped spring onions, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, black pepper & salt. Mix everything well.
- Add all purpose flour & corn flour. Mix well.
- Make small portions of the mixture and deep fry them in hot oil.
- Manchurian balls are ready.
To Make Manchurian Gravy:
- In a large bowl add water, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, corn flour & salt. Mix everything well.
- In a pan heat some oil. Add ginger & green chillies. Saute for a minute.
- Add the water mixture. Keep stirring till the gravy becomes thick.
- Add Manchurian balls. Mix everything well.
- Let the gravy boil for 2 minutes.
- Veg Manchurian is ready.
- Garnish with spring onion greens & serve hot.
